Description

The purpose of the framework agreement is the provision of motorbikes and ATV/QUADS, as well as the elements of additional equipment and kits for adaptation, where necessary, to fulfil the mandated with the various ministries, agencies and entities targeted by the same.
The purpose of the framework agreement is divided into the following:

Batch 1: Motorcycle road
Batch 2: Motorcycle road
Batch 3: Tricycles and four-wheel motorcycles rent

This is a framework agreement with all the terms defined and the acquisition will be undertaken to any of the goods acquired with regard to the needs of recipient agencies. The award of procurement contracts shall be convened on the parties to a new tender or without bidding, as provided for in regulation 31.2 of the Particular administrative clauses dossier (PCAP).

Accession of agencies
As foreseen in articles 228.3 229.3 and of the LCSP may join in this framework agreement the entities listed in annex I to the PCAP by concluding the agreement with the General directorate of Rationalization and centralizing Recruitment.

Management of the framework agreement and the contracts based on the same.

Duration

The initial duration of this framework agreement is 2 years, starting on April 25, 2023 for lots 2 and 3, and on November 1, 2023 for lot 1, and it may be extended for up to an additional 2 years.

Lots 2 and 3 have been extended until April 24, 2026.

Lot 1 has been extended until October 31, 2026.
