Subministraments de motocicletes i ATV/QUADS

The purpose of the framework agreement is the provision of motorbikes and ATV/QUADS, as well as the elements of additional equipment and kits for adaptation, where necessary, to fulfil the mandated with the various ministries, agencies and entities targeted by the same.
The purpose of the framework agreement is divided into the following:
- Batch 1: Motorcycle road
- Batch 2: Motorcycle road
- Batch 3: Tricycles and four-wheel motorcycles rent
This is a framework agreement with all the terms defined and the acquisition will be undertaken to any of the goods acquired with regard to the needs of recipient agencies. The award of procurement contracts shall be convened on the parties to a new tender or without bidding, as provided for in regulation 31.2 of the Particular administrative clauses dossier (PCAP).
Accession of agencies
As foreseen in articles 228.3 229.3 and of the LCSP may join in this framework agreement the entities listed in annex I to the PCAP by concluding the agreement with the General directorate of Rationalization and centralizing Recruitment.
Management of the framework agreement and the contracts based on the same.

Durada
La duració inicial d’aquest acord marc és de 2 anys, a partir del 25 d’abril de 2023 per als lots 2 i 3 i de l’1 de novembre de 2023 per al lot 1, podent ser prorrogats fins a un màxim de 2 anys.
Els lots 2 i 3 han sigut prorrogats fins al 24 d’abril de 2027.
El lot 1 ha sigut prorrogat fins al 31 d’octubre de 2026.
