Description

The purpose of the framework agreement is the supply of paper cut to DIN A-4 and DIN A-3 sizes, for use in photocopiers and printing equipment.

The goods to be supplied within the scope of this framework agreement are distributed in two lots:

  • Lot 1 “Virgin fiber paper”
  • Lot 2 “Recycled paper”

This is a framework agreement with all terms defined. In contracts with an estimated value equal to or greater than €10,000, a second tender must be carried out. For based contracts whose estimated value is less than €10,000, the award may be proposed to the company awarded the lot that is most economical.

Duration

The framework agreement has a validity period of one year, from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027.

The framework agreement may be extended once or multiple times before its expiration, up to a maximum of one year.
