Electronic workflow systems for enterprises

Through the AUNA application, various management tasks related to the procurement of products and services available under the current framework agreements can be carried out electronically and securely.

Additionally, based on the transparency commitment assumed by this Directorate General, it is possible to consult the open catalog of all products and services available in the State System of Centralized Procurement.

Through AUNA, the following procedures can be carried out:

  • For citizens:

    • Consult the open catalog of centralized procurement products and services.

  • For public bodies system users:

    • Purchase products or services.

    • Consult the catalog of centralized procurement products and services.

    • Compare existing products.

    • Submit product and service requests electronically.

    • Track the status of submitted requests.

    • Receive notifications regarding product and service requests.

  • For awarded companies:

    • Submit electronically proposals to update awarded products or services.

    • Manage user registrations, removals, and modifications.

    • Consult those framework-based and/or specific contracts for which they are awarded.

Manuals for companies

Prior to the use of AUNA, the management of product and service procurement in the scope of centralized procurement was carried out through CONECTA-CENTRALIZACIÓN, which has become an application usable only in consultation mode for requests and processes processed until mid-2025.

Through the use of AUNA, existing functionalities are unified and improved, offering a more intuitive, secure, and user-friendly experience. AUNA will be the only application available for centralized product and service procurement, integrating and expanding the capabilities previously offered by CONECTA.

Forms for companies already awarded in the system.

The following form allows in AUNA to register the person who will have the role of company user administrator, as well as to register a person with the role of Proxy. In the latter case, it will be necessary to submit the documentation proving identity and corresponding powers. Additionally, it allows requesting the removal of these profiles.
