For Members of the Administration

I AM AN ADMINISTRATION

The Centralized Procurement Board, attached to the Directorate General for Rationalization and Centralization of Procurement (DGRCC), is the contracting authority for the supplies and services declared as centralized procurement. You can find out about the supplies and services declared as centralized procurement by clicking here.

Article 229.2 of Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracts (LCSP) establishes which entities fall within the mandatory scope of centralized procurement. If you want to know whether the public entity you work for is included in the mandatory scope of centralized procurement, check this section.

The rest of the state public sector entities not included in the mandatory scope, as well as regional and local administrations, may enter into an adhesion agreement with the DGRCC to purchase through the State Centralized Procurement System. Many have already done so: see the Reasons to join.

You can get information through our catalog of centralized contracts, framework agreements, and dynamic procurement systems currently in force.

You may also be interested in knowing the contracts we are currently working on, which will be tendered soon. For this, consult our Annual Procurement Plan.

In the How to Buy section, we explain how to procure the available supplies and services.
