Please be reminded that the validity of FA 20/2023 will expire on March 31, 2026. The deadline to submit direct purchase award proposals through AUNA is March 27, 2026.
In the case of call-off contracts awarded through a second tender procedure, award proposals may be submitted within 30 days following the expiry of this framework agreement, provided that the invitations to participate in the tender were sent to the framework agreement contractors prior to that date.
On 1 March 2026, Lot 3 – Seating of Framework Agreement 01/2024 for the supply of office and complementary furniture, archive furniture, library furniture, partitions, clinical and geriatric furniture, and laboratory furniture (File No. 2025/51) will enter into force.
Call-off contracts based on Lot 3 may be processed from that date in the AUNA IT application.
Supplementary instructions of AM 02/2023 regarding the shortage of microcomputer components
Supplementary instructions have been issued for the processing of contracts based, with and without tendering, on framework agreement 02/2023, due to the shortage of microcomputer components that has arisen in the market.
