The conclusion of this framework agreement seeks to supply desktop computers, laptop computers, monitors and complementary elements declared as centralised purchasing pursuant to the provisions of Article 1.b) of Order EHA/1049/2008, of 10 April, on the declaration of the centralised purchasing of supplies and services. The agreement is celebrated with several companies. The supplies subject to acquisition under this framework agreement are divided into 12 lots, as follows:

LOT 6: ULTRALIGHT STANDARD LAPTOP COMPUTERS
LOT 7: ULTRALIGHT SUPERIOR LAPTOP COMPUTERS
LOT 8: LAPTOP COMPUTERS WITH DETACHABLE SCREEN
LOT 9: 21.5- INCH MONITORS
LOT 10: 23.6- INCH MONITORS
LOT 11: 27-INCH MONITORS
LOT 12: OTHER WORKPLACE SOLUTIONS
In Lots 1 to 11, the products awarded are established, along with the terms and conditions that the contracts under the framework agreement need to be adapted to, although successful bidders may be called to a new tender process for the award thereof. In this second tender process, the terms of the framework agreement are taken as the specifications, and will be formulated in a more precise manner should this be necessary pursuant to the provisions of Article 221(4) of the Public Sector Contracts Act (LCSP). In the case of Lot 12, the award of the framework agreement establishes the selected companies, along with the general conditions of the supplies and the basic terms that the contracts of this lot under the framework agreement will need to be adapted to, without the selection of certain products being subject to the tender process.

This framework agreement began its validity on June 1, 2021, for lots 05, 07, 09, 10, and 11; on June 15, 2021, for lots 04, 06, and 08; and on July 13, 2021, for lots 01, 02, 03, and 12.
On March 4, 2024, the second extension was agreed upon until September 30, 2024, for lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 11, unless the effective date of the new framework agreement for computers is earlier, in which case the extension will end the day before the new framework agreement comes into effect.
On June 5, 2024, the third extension was agreed upon until September 30, 2024, for lot 12, unless the effective date of the new framework agreement for computers is earlier, in which case the extension will end the day before the new framework agreement comes into effect.
On August 27, 2024, the fourth extension was agreed upon for lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 11, and 12 of Framework Agreement 02/2020 from October 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, unless the effective date of the new framework agreement for computers (Expte. 2023/113) is earlier, in which case the extension will end the day before the new framework agreement comes into effect.
Lots 07 and 10 concluded their validity on May 31, 2023, and lot 03 concluded its validity on July 12, 2023.
