Through the AUNA application, the various procedures related to the procurement of products and services available under the current framework agreements and dynamic purchasing systems can be carried out electronically and securely.

In addition, in line with the transparency commitment adopted by this Directorate-General, it is possible to consult the open catalogue of all products and services available in the State Centralised Procurement System.

The following procedures can be carried out through AUNA:

• For citizens:

  • Consultation of the open catalogue of centrally procured products and services.

• For public bodies using the system:

  • Purchase products or services.

  • Consult the catalogue of centrally procured products and services.

  • Compare available products.

  • Submit product and service requests electronically.

  • Track the status of submitted requests.

  • Receive notifications relating to product and service requests.

• For awarded contractors:

  • Submit proposals electronically to update the awarded products or services.

  • Manage user registrations, removals and modifications.

  • Consult the call-off contracts and/or specific contracts awarded to them.
