Electronic processing systems

Through the AUNA application, various procedures related to the procurement of products and services available under framework agreements and dynamic purchasing systems in force can be carried out electronically and securely.

Additionally, based on the transparency commitment undertaken by this Directorate-General, it is possible to consult the open catalogue of all products and services available in the centralized state procurement system.

Through AUNA, the following procedures can be carried out:

  • For citizens:

    • Consultation of the open catalogue of products and services under centralized procurement.

  • For public bodies using the system:

    • Purchase of products or services.

    • Consultation of the catalogue of products and services under centralized procurement.

    • Comparison of existing products.

    • Electronic submission of product and service requests.

    • Monitoring the status of submitted requests.

    • Receiving notifications related to product and service requests.

  • For awarded companies:

    • Electronic submission of proposals to update awarded products or services.

    • Management of user registrations, removals, and modifications.

    • Consultation of contracts based on and/or specific to which they have been awarded.

User manuals and guides

Prior to the use of AUNA, the management of product and service purchases within centralized procurement was carried out through CONECTA-CENTRALIZACIÓN, which has now become an application usable only in consultation mode for requests and processes that were handled until it was fully replaced by AUNA.

Through the use of AUNA, existing functionalities are unified and improved, offering a more intuitive, secure, and user-friendly experience. AUNA will be the only application available for centralized procurement of products and services, integrating and expanding the capabilities previously offered by CONECTA.
