Provision of equipment role, photocopiers, printers and multicopiadoras

The purpose of the framework agreement is the supply of paper cut to DIN A-4 and DIN A-3 sizes, for use in photocopiers and printing equipment.
The goods to be supplied within the scope of this framework agreement are distributed in two lots:
• Lot 1 “Virgin fiber paper”
• Lot 2 “Recycled paper”
This is a framework agreement with all terms defined. In contracts with an estimated value equal to or greater than €10,000, a second tender must be carried out. For based contracts whose estimated value is less than €10,000, the award may be proposed to the company awarded the lot that is most economical.

Duration
The framework agreement is valid for one year, from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025, having been extended for a period of one year, until March 31, 2026.
