SDA 26/2021Description
This dynamic system concerns contracts for services aimed at the development of Electronic Administration whose purpose consists of consultancy, planning, feasibility studies, analysis, design, construction and implementation of information systems, as well as maintenance services for applications developed under this modality, whose tender budget does not exceed 862,000 euros, excluding taxes, extensions and contractual modifications.
List of items and prices
There is no list of items. Each contract intended to be awarded within the framework of a dynamic purchasing system must be subject to a tendering procedure.

Duration
This dynamic purchasing system enters into force on 20 June 2022. The validity period of the dynamic system shall be two years and may be extended one or more times before its expiry, up to a maximum of three years.
Nevertheless, the maximum validity period, including extensions, shall run until 1 February 2027.
On 6 May 2024, the first extension of the dynamic system was agreed until 19 June 2025.
On 21 May 2025, the second extension of the dynamic system was agreed until 19 June 2026.
On 6 May 2026, the third extension of the dynamic system was agreed until 1 February 2027.
