The Directorate General for Rationalization and Centralization of Procurement is the unit under the Undersecretariat of the Ministry of Finance, which directs and manages the centralized state procurement system, as a means for its rationalization and improvement of its efficiency and transparency. This model not only generates economic savings but also others derived from the reduction of procedures and administrative burdens, being open to all Public Administrations.

Promotion, management and continuous improvement of the centralized state procurement system.

We work for the consolidation of centralized procurement, as a reference model based on the sustainability and quality of the supplies and services acquired, along with the improvement of public spending efficiency and profitability.
