This dynamic purchasing system aims to the provision of system software, development and implementation.
Under the dynamic purchasing system, SDA 25/2022, selected companies offering market standard programmes that respond to the categories of system software, development and implementation and to have the capacity to execute contracts, licences, installation and support.
System:
The purpose of the Dynamic Purchasing System consists in the following:
- Batch 1: System Software for the implementation and application development.
- Batch 2: Software for the management of infrastructure.
- Batch 3: analytical Software.
- Batch 4: cyber security Software.
- Batch 5: Application Software for the administration.
- Batch 6: Productivity Software and collaboration.

Successful Tendeder
Duration
The initial duration of the dynamic purchasing system shall be two years from its entry into force, which began on 30 September 2022 and ends on 29 September 2024.
The dynamic purchasing system may be extended one or more times before its expiry for a period of three years.
The total duration of the dynamic purchasing system, including extensions, may not exceed five years. During the entire validity period, companies may join the DPS lots.
Date of first admission of candidate companies: on 24 March 2023, the Plenary Session of the Centralised Procurement Board agreed on the first admission of candidates to DPS 25/2022.
On 24 July 2024, the extension of all its lots until 29 September 2025 was agreed.
On 18 July 2025, the extension of all its lots until 29 September 2026 was agreed.
