This dynamic system is designed to service contracts for the development of Electronic Administration whose purpose consists of consultancy, planning, feasibility study, analysis, design, construction and implementation of information systems, and the maintenance of applications developed under this modality, whose budget bidding does not exceed the amount of €862.000, excluding taxes, extensions and contractual modifications.

Eskuratze-sistema dinamiko hori 2022ko ekainaren 20an sartuko da indarrean. Sistema dinamikoaren indarraldia bi urtekoa izango da, eta behin edo gehiagotan luzatu ahal izango da amaitu aurretik, gehienez ere hiru urtera arte.
Hala ere, gehieneko indarraldia, luzapenak barne, 2027ko otsailaren 1era artekoa izango da.
2024ko maiatzaren 6an, sistema dinamikoaren lehenengo luzapena erabaki da, 2025eko ekainaren 19ra arte.
2025eko maiatzaren 21ean, sistema dinamikoaren bigarren luzapena onartu da 2026ko ekainaren 19ra arte.
