Provision of vehicles cars
AM 14/2022Description
The purpose of the framework agreement is the supply of vehicles and vehicles pick-up tourism, as well as the elements of additional equipment and kits for adaptation, where necessary, to fulfil the mandated with the various ministries, agencies and entities targeted by the same.
The purpose of the framework agreement is divided into the following:
- Batch 1: compact Vehicle L1 (≥ 3,400 foreign length mm and < 4,200 mm)
- Batch 2: compact Vehicle L2 (≥ 4,200 foreign length mm and < 4,550 mm)
- Batch 3: compact Vehicle L3 (≥ 4,550 foreign length mm)
- Batch 4: saloon Vehicle
- Batch 5: should Vehicle 4x4
- Batch 6: Land
- Batch 7: pick-up Vehicle type
This is a framework agreement with all the terms defined and the acquisition will be undertaken to any of the goods acquired with regard to the needs of recipient agencies. The award of procurement contracts shall be convened on the parties to a new tender or without bidding, as provided for in regulation 31.2 of the Particular administrative clauses dossier (PCAP).
Accession of agencies
As foreseen in articles 228.3 229.3 and of the LCSP may join in this framework agreement the entities listed in annex I to the PCAP by concluding the agreement with the General directorate of Rationalization and centralizing Recruitment.

Duration
The initial duration of this framework agreement is 2 years, starting on September 7, 2022 for all lots, and it may be extended for up to an additional 2 years.
This framework agreement has been extended until September 6, 2026, or until the date prior to the entry into force of a new framework agreement for the supply of passenger vehicles, if that date comes earlier.
