Centralized Procurement

Through the application CONECTA-CENTRALIZACIÓN can be made electronically and secure the various efforts related to recruitment of products and services available in the framework agreements and dynamic purchasing systems in force.

Also, and on the basis of the commitment to transparency that has acquired this directorate-General, it is possible to see the catalogue of all open to products and services available in the state system of centralized recruitment.

CONECTA-CENTRALIZACIÓN offers the possibility of carrying out the following tasks:

For citizens:

• Checking of the open catalogue of centralized procurement goods and services.

For public bodies which are system users:

• Purchasing of products or services.

• Checking of the catalogue of centralized procurement goods and services.

• Comparing existing products.

• Sending applications for products and services electronically.

• Follow-up of the status of pending applications.

• Receiving notices regarding applications for products and services.

For awarded companies:

• Sending updating proposals for the awarded products or services electronically.

CONNECTS was approved by resolution of the directorate-General of the state patrimony of 16 may 2005. Based on age, as well as to the continuous changes functional since its inception in production, necessary for their appropriateness to the evolution of the model of centralized recruitment policy changes in the area of recruitment, security, data protection or accessibility, CONNECTS shows high levels of technological obsolescence and little maintainability.

Since the initial configuration CONNECTS the number of services and supplies that are declared centralized procurement contracts awarded annually and the number of users, have experienced a significant increase. In turn, the technology was developed this tool has become obsolete, requiring progressive migration to a new application, AUNA, incorporating new functionalities and in whose development has been working over the past few years.

  ​The following form allows, both in AUNA and in CONNECT-CENTRALIZATION, to register the person who holds the role of company user administrator as well as to register a person with the role of Attorney. In the latter case, it will be necessary to submit documentation proving identity and corresponding powers.

  The following form allows, both in AUNA and in CONNECT-CENTRALIZATION, to replace the person who holds the role of company user administrator.

  Form for replacing the user administrator for centralized contracting procedures.

  Both forms must be submitted via electronic registration through the address https://Rec.RedSara.es, addressed to the Deputy Directorate General of Budget Management and General Affairs of the Directorate General for Rationalization and Centralization of Contracting.
