On 1 July, the new centralised contract for ex post evaluation services to assess the effectiveness of institutional advertising campaigns carried out by the General State Administration (AGE) and other entities of the Spanish state public sector falling within the scope of Law 29/2005 of 29 December on Institutional Advertising and Communication entered into force.

Update of the AM 05/2023 Instructions concerning the implementation of the “Direct Purchasing Tool for Framework Agreement 05/2023”.

On 6 May 2026, the third and final extension of Dynamic Purchasing System 26/2021 for electronic administration systems development services was approved, extending its validity until 1 February 2027. Please note that specific contracts may only be awarded or, where applicable, extended during the validity period of the Dynamic Purchasing System, which will expire on 1 February 2027.

The new CPU Average Performance Benchmark values have been published and can be found in the attached notice. They will take effect from 8 June 2026.
