Power supply
AM 23/2024Description
The purpose of the framework agreement is the supply of electricity to the General State Administration, its Autonomous Bodies, managing entities and common services of the Social Security, and other state public entities, as well as affiliated entities that expressly request it (among those provided for in Annex I of the Specifications).
The supply of electricity refers to the following access tariff categories: 2.0TD, 3.0TD, 6.1TD, 6.2TD, and 6.3TD.
It is structured into the following lots:
- Batch 1: Peninsula
- Batch 2: Balearic Islands
- Batch 3: Canary Islands
- Batch 4: Autonomous city of Ceuta
- Batch 5: Autonomous city of Melilla
The quality and guarantee characteristics of the supply are those established in the regulations of the electricity sector.
The recipient bodies will contract their electricity supply for the lot(s) required through secondary tenders, in which they will provide the awarded companies of the framework agreement with the characteristics of the supply points (CUPS) for which an offer is requested, and their estimated electricity consumption by hourly periods. The companies awarded under the framework agreement will submit their price offers, which may not exceed the threshold prices established in the framework agreement for each company according to its initial offer.

Duration
The duration of this framework agreement is 2 years, starting on August 15, 2025.
