Centralized Procurement

Through the application AUNA can be made electronically and secure the various efforts related to recruitment of products and services available in the framework agreements and dynamic purchasing systems in force.

Also, and on the basis of the commitment to transparency that has acquired this directorate-General, it is possible to see the catalogue of all open to products and services available in the state system of centralized recruitment.

AUNA offers the possibility of carrying out the following tasks:

For citizens:

• Checking of the open catalogue of centralized procurement goods and services.

For public bodies which are system users:

• Purchasing of products or services.

• Checking of the catalogue of centralized procurement goods and services.

• Comparing existing products.

• Sending applications for products and services electronically.

• Follow-up of the status of pending applications.

• Receiving notices regarding applications for products and services.

For awarded companies:

• Sending updating proposals for the awarded products or services electronically.

• Manage user registrations, removals, and modifications.

• View awarded specific and/or call-off contracts in which they are the awarded party.

• Forms for users of companies that have already signed up to the system

   This form allows in AUNA, the registration of the person who will have the role of company user administrator, as well as the registration of a person with the role of Proxy. In the latter case, it is necessary to submit documentation accrediting the identity and corresponding powers. Additionally, it allows requesting the deregistration of said profiles.​

The form must be submitted via electronic registration through the following address: https://reg.redsara.es, addressed to the Subdirectorate General for Budget Management and General Affairs of the Directorate General for Procurement Rationalization and Centralization.

Prior to the use of AUNA, the procurement of products and services within the scope of centralized contracting was managed through CONECTA-CENTRALIZACIÓN, which has now become an application available only for consulting requests and processes that were handled up until mid-2025.

Through the use of AUNA, existing functionalities have been unified and enhanced, providing a more intuitive, secure, and user-friendly experience. AUNA will be the only application available for centralized procurement of products and services, integrating and expanding the capabilities previously offered by CONECTA.
