The purpose of the centralized telecommunications contract is to unify the current telecommunications service contracts of the various ministerial departments and public bodies, consolidating fixed voice and data services, mobile voice and data, internet access, and international network.
It is divided into four lots. Lot 1, corporate multiservice network and fixed telephony service, includes the provision and management of voice and data services required for all premises of the entities within its scope of application, both in Spain and abroad, as well as the SARA Network that interconnects all Spanish Public Administrations.
Lot 2, mobile communications, covers the contracting of mobile voice, data, and messaging services.
Lot 3 is dedicated to Internet services, both presence and browsing.
Finally, Lot 4 is dedicated to the international network, including telecommunications services for the premises of entities within its scope of application located abroad.

Duration
The contract, whose initial duration is less than four years, from March 1, 2020 to September 10, 2023, is extendable up to a maximum duration of 5 years. It is currently extended until February 28, 2025.
