Article 206.1 of the TRLCSP establishes the entities that are within the compulsory scope of centralized procurement. If you want to know if the public entity in which you work is included in the obligatory ambit of centralized procurement, consult this section.

In the specific case of framework agreements, Regional and Local Administrations, as well as companies, foundations and other public sector entities can voluntarily sign up.
