The Board of Centralized Procurement, attached to the General directorate of Rationalization and centralizing Recruitment (DGRCC) is the contracting authority of the supplies and services found staff. You can meet centralised supplies and services declared centralized recruitment by clicking here.
Article 229.2 of law 9/2017 on public Sector contracts (LCSP) specifies which bodies are within the scope of compulsory recruitment centralized. If you want to know if the public body in which work is included in the field of compulsory recruitment centralized, check out this section.
The rest of the entities of the public sector, not included in the field, as well as local and regional administrations responsible may conclude an agreement of accession with the DGRCC to buy through the state system of Centralized Recruitment.
