    Delegations are reminded that on 31 march 2024 ends the validity of the AM 20/2021, being the deadline for presenting the award proposals through AN on 22 march 2024.

  • Scenario note for the withdrawal of Windows catalog 10

    On March 31, 2024, Microsoft concludes the commercialization of the "Microsoft Windows 11 with downgrade to Windows 10" operating system version, with said company being the holder of the intellectual property rights for the Windows 10 and Windows 11 programs. In order to complete the replacement process, the companies awarded the framework agreement 02/2020 in lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, which currently include the possibility of supplying their equipment with "Windows 11 PRO (OEM mode) with downgrade to Windows 10" installed, may request its removal, provided that they have already incorporated the new product "Windows 11 PRO OEM mode" in the catalog.

  • Extension of the lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 11 and 12 of the framework agreement 02/2020 for the procurement of supplies of desktops, laptops, monitors and other job.

    Dated 04/03/2024 has agreed to the extension until 30 september 2024 for lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 and 11 and, until 31 july 2024, for the 12, except that the date of entry into force of the new framework agreement of computers (Expte. 2023/113) is above, in which case the extension will end the day before the entry into force of the new framework agreement.

  • Extension of the lots 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 and 8 and purpose of the lots 4 and 5 of 18/2021 Framework for the provision of light commercial vehicles.

    On 22/02/2024 has agreed to the extension until 30 september 2024 lots 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 and 8 of 18/2021 framework for the provision of light commercial vehicles. On 8 april 2024 ends the validity of the lots 4 and 5 of 18/2021 Framework for the provision of light commercial vehicles, the referral of admitiéndose award proposals through Conecta-centralización for review until the day, 22 march 2024.

  • Important notice regarding the 20/2021 paper supply framework agreement.

    In the near future will enter into force of the new supply AM role which will replace the current AM 20/2021. The duration of the framework agreement defines, in turn, the period in which contracts may be awarded based on the same, in accordance with clause (4 PCAP. Therefore, please speed up the proposals of outstanding award contracts based on this AM so as not to exceed its force, in which case they may not be awarded. Furthermore, please pay attention to the announcements of Portal and the application BRINGS to know the exact date of entry into force of the new AM.   • Extension of the lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the Centralized Contract 2021/70 of the service of a travel agency.

    On 9 january 2024 has issued resolution agrees to extend the lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the contract of service of centralized travel agency of the General state administration, since 22 april 2024 until 21 april 2025, except that the date of entry into force of a new centralised contract of service of travel agency of the AGE is above, in which case the extension will conclude the day before the entry into force of the new contract.   • Entrada en vigor del catálogo de compra directa de los lotes 2 y 3 del Acuerdo Marco 01/2019 de Mobiliario

    El pasado 18 de diciembre de 2023 entró en vigor el catálogo de compra directa donde han quedado definidos todos los términos, incluso el precio, de algunos de los siguientes productos: Lote 2 – Mobiliario de oficina general (mesa autónoma de oficina de estructura metálica y bloques de cajones). Lote 3 – Sillería (silla de trabajo de oficina y silla para visitas o reuniones). Para la gestión del catálogo de compra directa, así como de sus contratos basados, se utilizará la aplicación informática AUNA.

  • Entrada en vigor del Acuerdo Marco 50/2023 de servicios de compra de espacios en medios de comunicación

    El 19 de diciembre entra en vigor el nuevo Acuerdo Marco de Servicios de compra de espacios en medios de comunicación y demás soportes publicitarios para la difusión de las campañas de publicidad institucional (Expte. 2023/01). Para la gestión del acuerdo marco, así como de los contratos basados en el mismo, se utilizará la aplicación informática AUNA.

  • CPSTIC award presentation to the DGRCC

    On November 28, within the framework of the XVII CCN-CERT STIC CONFERENCES (https://jornadas.ccn-cert.cni.es/es), the DGRCC received the award for the Catalog of ICT Security Products and Services (CPSTIC) in the “Public Administration” category, for the vision of incorporating product safety requirements into dynamic acquisition systems and referencing the CPSTIC and functional product safety certifications as a means to accredit their compliance, helping that more secure public systems are available.
