On 20 June, the General Directorate of Rationalisation and Centralisation of Procurement has formalised the new contract for the provision of the ex-post evaluation service on the efficiency of institutional advertising campaigns. This contract aims at knowing the degree of compliance with the goals proposed in the institutional campaigns, objectively and independently regarding companies awarded the services of purchase of spaces in media and other advertising media for the broadcasting of institutional advertising campaigns.
It is hereby informed that Framework Agreement 05/2013 for the supply of printers, multifunction devices and scanners terminated on 8 June 2018, upon expiration of the term stipulated in article 193.5 b) of the General Regulations of the Public Administrations Procurement Act, approved by Royal Decree 1098/2001, of 12 October, without having tendered the new Framework Agreement which shall replace the previous one. The DGRCC is processing the new Framework Agreement 05/2018, which has the same purpose as the aforementioned.
On 30 June Framework Agreement 23/2015 shall terminate. Framework Agreement 23/2017 on the Supply of Electric Power (Phase 2) shall enter into force in the near future.Click here for more information

Resolution of the Directorate General of Rationalization and Centralization of Procurement approving the Manual of Good Practices concerning Procurement with regard to the economic operators. On 7 June 2018, a delegation from the Ministry of Economy, Development and Trade of Ukraine has visited for working purposes the DGRCC in order to learn about the organisation and operation of the State Procurement Centre in Spain, within the framework of the visits made to several European countries in order to know the different models of implementation of public procurement policies and rationalisation.
On 29 May 2018, at the headquarters of the National Institute of Public Administration, the first meeting of the Forum of Procurement Centres was held, organised by the DGRCC, with the presence of those responsible for the Procurement Centres or Procurement Units of all the autonomous regions. The meeting was attended by a representative of the European Commission, who submitted the forecasts of public procurement in Europe and the Deputy Director General of Electronic Procurement of the Ministry of Finance and Civil Service, who described the implementation of the electronic tender on the Public Procurement Platform. Under this initiative, the purpose is to create a network for mutual knowledge of the different organisational and procedural models on the centralisation of procurement in Spain, at a State and autonomous region level, and for the exchange of experiences and good practices, in pursuit of obtaining a public procurement more specialised and professional.
