A new version of tools corresponding to the framework agreement 07/2016 for the supply of non-inventory office supplies (version 20180816) has been published, which includes several improvements. The tools of lots 7, 8, 11 and 13 likewise include the temporary exclusion agreed by the Directorate General of Rationalization and Centralization of Procurement of the awarded company ALPADI, S.A. No further requests on Conecta made with previous versions of these tools shall be accepted.Click here for more information
We hereby inform that on 8 August 2018 the category 5 (office automation software) Framework Agreement 02/2013 for the supply of personal computers and office and automation software terminated, upon expiration of the term stipulated in article 193.5 b) of the General Regulation of the Public Administrations Procurement Act, approved by Royal Decree 1098/2001, of 12 October, without it having been possible to tender the new Framework Agreement which shall replace the previous one. The period in which proposals for the awarding Framework Agreement 02/2013 for the supply of personal computers and office automation software will be extended: those proposals that enter into the CONECTA System will be processed with all the required and correct documents up to 20 August.
Given that Framework Agreement 02/2016 for the supply of desktop computers, laptops and monitors shall be enter into force soon, we are informing that only those awarding proposals concerning Framework Agreement 02/2013 for the supply of personal computers and office automation software which have been entered into the CONECTA system with all the required and correct documents until 31 July shall be processed.
On 15 August 2018 the new Framework Agreement 23/2017 for the Supply of Electric Power is expected to enter into force..Click here for more information
Once the Framework Agreement 05/2013 is no longer valid, the contracts for the supply of the aforementioned goods which set forth a term greater than 12 months (such as lease agreements) shall need the authorisation described in article 4 of Order EHA/1049/2008, of 10 April, on the declaration of goods and services of centralised procurement, previous to the procurement itself.Click here for more information
Framework Agreement 26/2015 for the Development of Electronic Administration Services has been approved for a period of two years, which may be extended for two more, and is currently in force from 1 August 2016. After said initial period of validity and once the corresponding administrative process has been carried out, its validity has been established until 31 July 2020.Click here for more information
