Dated August 27, 2024, it has been agreed to extend lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 11, and 12 of Framework Agreement 02/2020 from October 1, 2024, until December 31, 2024, unless the new Computer Framework Agreement (Exp. 2023/113) enters into force earlier, in which case the extension will end the day before the new Framework Agreement comes into effect.

Dated May 17, the new Resolution has been published in the Official State Bulletin, which determines the supplies and services that may soon be declared for centralized procurement, thus developing the Second Additional Provision of Order EHA/1049/2008, of April 10, on the declaration of goods and services for centralized procurement. This provision establishes a coordination regime for the validity of certain contracts that may be declared for centralized procurement. This Resolution nullifies the Resolution of June 8, 2018, of the Directorate General for Rationalization and Centralization of Procurement, which complies with the Second Additional Provision of Order EHA/1049/2008, of April 10, on the declaration of goods and services for centralized procurement.
Click here for more informationOn May 15, the Public Sector Procurement Platform published the tender for the new centralized contract for postal services, including certified and ordinary letters, advertising mail, and destination postage, scheduled to start on December 1, 2024. Its initial duration is 36 months, with a possible extension of up to 12 months. The scope of this contract includes all Ministries and Public Sector Agencies of the state, as well as the Social Security Management Entities. The contract's purpose is the service of certified and ordinary letters, both national and international. It does not include urgent letters, both national and international, whether ordinary or certified. Additionally, it includes services for advertising mail and periodicals, both national and international, destination postage, and informed return of ordinary letters.
