Accordingly, the term of validity of Framework Agreement 13/2013, on the supply of general purpose servers and storage systems, will finalise on 10 February 2020, allowing bids for the award of contracts through the Conecta-Centralización system until 6 February 2020.
The appropriate parties are informed that, once the Central Administrative Court for Contractual Appeals has handed down’s its judgment lodged against the award of lot 88 – Scanners under the aforesaid framework agreement, this lot will come into force on 18 December 2019.
