  • Update of Conecta-Centralización: invitations to companies to a second tender

    Agencies will be able to send, from Conecta, invitations to companies to second tenders of the Framework Agreements: 14/2014 Supply of cars, 19/2014 Supply of motorcycles and ATVs/QUADS, 10/2012 Supply of software and communications equipment, 26/2015 Electronic administration systems development services y 50/2014 Services for the purchase of media space and other advertising resources for institutional promotional campaigns. The application will control the companies invited and those that acknowledge receipt, and will allow for a certificate of the tender to be generated that may be added to the file. To learn more about the new functionality, the "Guide for sending invitations to second tenders" has been published in the section 'Manuals for agencies'.

  • Bi-annual meeting of the Network of European Procurement Centres

  • Documentation update regarding the Framework Agreement 07/2016 (MONI)

    The documentation associated with the Framework Agreement 07/MONI has been updated. The main changes made are the following: New version of the tools that incorporate some improvements, highlighting those that allow the petitioners to track deliveries in the Orders Scheduled with Partial Deliveries through sheet 3-Deliveries. Update of the Instructions for the awarding of the framework contracts, incorporating a certificate template if the payment of the framework contract will be made through the advance procedure of Fixed Box. Update of the catalogues to include those of the companies Reproducciones Ocaña SL (lot1), Guthersa SA (lot 11) and Asenga Logística SLU (lots 15 and 17), being already enabled in CONECTA-CENTRALIZACIÓN the keys of these companies in the indicated lots.

    A new version of the tool corresponding to lot 1 of the framework agreement 07/2016 for the supply of non-inventory office supplies (version 20171011) has been published, which includes the company Reproducciones Ocaña. No further requests on Conecta made with previous versions of the tool shall be accepted.
