  • User Management in Auna

    Given the advanced stage of the migration of the framework agreement and dynamic purchasing system management from Conecta to AUNA by the DGRCC, please be informed that starting February 27, 2025, user administration for AUNA organizations will be handled directly within this system, independently of any remaining management tasks that may still need to be performed in Conecta.

    Users with the organization administrator profile in Conecta will be able to perform this role in AUNA through the Administration -> Users menu.

    The functions assigned in Auna to users with the organization administrator role are:

    • Managing organization users (registrations, removals, modifications, and role assignments).
    • Managing organization information (Tax ID, phone number, notification email, address, postal code, whether it is subject to prior auditing, billing details, delivery addresses, and contacts).

    Finally, please remember that users with the organization administrator profile are responsible for:

    • Ensuring the accuracy of their organization's user data.
    • Keeping user data up to date.
    • Removing users who no longer perform their role in the organization.

  • Entry into force of lots 2, 5, 6, 7, 9 and 10 of Framework Agreement 02/2023 for the contracting of supplies of desktop computers, laptops, monitors and other workplace solutions

    On February 15, 2025, lots 2, 5, 6, 7, 9 and 10 of the new Framework Agreement 02/2023 come into force for the contracting of supplies of desktop computers, laptops, monitors and other workplace solutions (File 2023/113). For the management of the framework agreement, as well as the contracts based on it, the AUNA computer application will be used.

    As of January 16, 2025, the termination of Lot 6, "Screens, Partitions, and Dividers," under Framework Agreement 01/2019 for the supply of office and complementary furniture, filing, library furniture, partitions, clinical and geriatric furniture, and laboratory furniture, has been communicated, once its maximum estimated value was reached. To facilitate its acquisition by Departments, agencies, and public entities within the State Centralized Procurement System, a general favorable report has been issued for the procurement of the aforementioned goods outside the centralized procurement

    On December 9, 2024, the extension of the centralized contract for postal services of parcel delivery and national pouch mail was agreed upon, with the extension period lasting from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026.

  • Extension of Framework Agreement 20/2023 for the Supply of Paper for Printers, Photocopiers, Copiers, and Multifunction Copiers

    On January 14, 2025, the extension of Framework Agreement 20/2023 for the supply of paper for printers, photocopiers, copiers, and multifunction copiers was agreed upon. The duration of the extension will be from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026.

    It is hereby communicated that Lot 6 – Screens, partitions, and dividers of the Framework Agreement for the supply of office and complementary furniture, filing, library, partitions, clinical and geriatric, and laboratory furniture 01/2019 has been terminated after reaching its maximum estimated value. Procurement of the goods included in Lot 6 must now be carried out outside the centralized procurement system, in accordance with general competition and procedural rules. A new Framework Agreement for Furniture is currently in the tendering phase.

  • Change in the Naming of the Processing Status for Procurement Proposals from Entities Adhered to the Centralized State Procurement System

    To avoid confusion regarding the status of procurement files during the processing of framework-based contracts and specific contracts under the centralized state procurement system, the status name "Pending Review" has been replaced with "Pending Submission for Signature" in the AUNA and Conecta-Centralización management applications for contracts processed by entities adhered to the centralized state procurement system.
