  • Update of passwords in Conecta-centralización

    As indicated in the notice published on 9 march 2002, all the passwords of users of Connects caducarían during the period of 30 days if it is not appropriate to its renewal. After this period are reported that, in the case of not having made such renewal, in the next access will be asked to change the password required in order to access the system.   • Entry into force of the new framework agreement for the supply of light commercial vehicles (Framework Agreement 18/2021)

    The new framework agreement 18/2021 for the supply of light commercial vehicles has entered into force, dated March 31, 2022 for lots 2 and 3, and dated April 8, 2022 for lots 1, 4, 5, 6 , 7 and 8.

  • Password change in Connects Centralisation.

    For security reasons, within 30 days, all the passwords of Connects users that have not been changed before, will expire. For this reason, it is recommended that apply to updated before the end of the deadline in order to avoid the possible disadvantages that they can find in recovery and unlocking.   • Information note: New models of tender documents

    Are available in the Centralized Procurement Portal of the new model of the tender documents for framework agreements: AM 02/2020 of supply of pcs, laptops, monitors and other job; AM 05/2018 of supply of printers, scanners and multifunctional teams; AM 10/2018 of supply systems and elements of communication; AM 13/2018 of supply of servers, storage systems and software infrastructure. In these new models are reflected the obligations to contracts supported under the budget of the european union and the recovery Plan, transformation and Resilience (PRTR) as set out in the Order HFP/1030/2021, of 29 september, which set the system for managing recovery Plan, transformation and Resilience and in the instruction of the advisory board on public procurement of 23 december on ways to incorporate in the files that are financed with funds from the PRTR.

  • Extension of the contract of service of centralized travel agency

    On 30 march has been agreed to extend the five contracts for the individual lots of the current centralized service contract for travel agency of the General state administration, in accordance with article 29.4 of law 9/2017, of 8 november, on public Sector contracts, since 6 april 2002 until the formalization of the new centralized service contract for travel agencies, which should give continuity to the current level.

  • Reminder for users of Conecta-Centralización

    Delegations are reminded to users and users of the implementation Conecta-centralización, that as it reflected the guides of processing made available, if required to process proposals for the award of contracts based with signatures made outside the system, should bear in mind that the signatures collected in the document should be electronic and if required more than one signatory for being the case of expenditure subject to prior control all signatures must include a document of the proposal to award. In any case, both the signing of the proposal by the person who requests it, as of the person to incorporate into Conecta-centralización documents, they should be conducted in Conecta-centralización.

  • Important notice on the new framework agreement for the supply of role 20/2021.

    On 15 march 2002 ended the framework agreement of resources, for the supply of paper printing equipment, photocopiers, printers and multicopiadoras. With regard to the new framework agreement 20/2021, Only been awarded the batch 2 (recycled paper), which currently under special remedy against the award. Will be brought its start date in this way. The lot 1 (role of virgin fiber) has been declared the desert, but it is planned to tender, again, until we have certainty the pricing of the role of virgin fiber. The procurement, both of the role of virgin fiber as recycled paper (the latter pending the entry into force of the batch 2), will be in line with the general rules of procedure, competition and in accordance with item 4 of the Order EHA/1049/2008.
