    Con fecha 07 de abril de 2021, se han aprobado nuevas instrucciones para la tramitación de los contratos basados en el Acuerdo Marco 05/2018, de suministro de impresoras, equipos multifuncionales y escáneres.   • New instructions to process contracts under Framework Agreement 13/2018, on the supply of servers, storage systems and infrastructure software

    New instructions were approved on 18 March 2021 to process contracts under Framework Agreement 13/2018, on the supply of servers, storage systems and infrastructure software.   • Lifting of suspension on procurement procedure under new framework agreement on personal computers, laptops, monitors and other workstation solutions (FA 02/2020) due to the rejection of the special appeal on the matter of procurement filed against the terms and conditions regulating the public tender

    On 5 February, the Central Administrative Court for Contractual Appeals agreed to reject the appeal filed against the terms and conditions regulated in the public tender issued by the DGRCC for the “Framework Agreement for the procurement of the supplies of desktop computers, laptop computers, monitors and other workstation solutions”, and to lift the suspension on the procedure pursuant to the provisions established in Article 57.3 of the Public Sector Contracts Act (Spanish acronym: LCSP). At any event, it should be remembered that FA 02/2016 on the supply of personal computers, laptops and monitors finalises on 2 March 2021 for lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 and hence those bodies that have to process public contracts under these lots should submit their proposed awards through Conecta-Centralización prior to 26 February 2021. Lot 1 will remain in force until 13 May 2021.

  • Extraordinary extension of framework agreement 26/2015, on development services of electronic government systems

    On 18 January 2021, a resolution was handed down to extend Framework Agreement 26/2015, on development services of electronic government systems, for a period of one year, from 2 February 2021 to 1 February 2022, unless the dynamic acquisition system, which must provide continuity to the current framework agreement, comes into force prior to this date, in which case the date of the end of the extension will be immediately prior to its entry into force.

  • Upcoming termination of Framework Agreement 07/2016 on the adaptation of the type of supply of non-inventory office material (FA 07/2016)

    On 30 April 2021, the validity of FA 07/2016 expires. The deadline for awarding contracts based on the framework agreement coincides with the expiry of its validity, and hence 23 April 2021 is established as the maximum deadline for sending proposed awards through the Conecta-Centralización application. Given that the maximum term for implementing contracts may not exceed the time limit set for the duration of the framework agreement by more than six months, the deadline for the delivery of the material provided for therein may not go beyond the date of 30 October 2021. The new framework agreement for the supply of non-inventory office material is at a preparatory stage, and hence its entry into force cannot yet be determined.

  • Upcoming termination of Framework Agreement FA 02/2016 on personal computers, laptops and monitors (lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9).
    28/01/2021

    FA 02/2016 on the supply of personal computers, laptops and monitors for lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 terminates on 2 March 2021, and hence those bodies that need to process contracts based on these lots must send their proposed awards through the Conecta-Centralización application by 26 February 2021. Lot 1 will remain in force until 13 May 2021. The tender for the new framework agreement on personal computers, laptops and monitors and other job position solutions (FA 02/2020) is suspended due to the imposition of special resources on purchasing and the date of its entry into force cannot thus be determined and hence it is possible that its start date does not coincide with the date of the termination of lots 2 to 9 of the current framework agreement.

  • Close of financial year 2020 for processing of contracts based on framework agreements of State Central Purchasing Unit

    For the purposes of the close of financial year 2020, you are informed that the public tender documents and proposed awards of contracts based on framework agreements, when said contracts are performed or their performance begins in this financial year, that is, those that are not managed through the early processing procedure, must be recorded using the CONECTA CENTRALIZACIÓN application within the deadlines established therefor.
