  • Entry into force of lots 2, 5 and 6 of Framework Agreement 05/2023 for the supply of printers, multifunctional equipment and scanners

    On June 17, 2024, lots 2, 5 and 6 of the new Framework Agreement 05/2023 will enter into force for the contracting of the supply of printers, multifunctional equipment and scanners (File 2023/25). For the management of the framework agreement, as well as the contracts based on it, the AUNA computer application will be used.

  • Extension of the Dynamic Purchasing System SDA 26/2021 of services aimed at the development of eGovernment

    As of 06 May 2024, the extension of the Dynamic Purchasing System 26/2021 has been agreed, with the duration of the extension from 20 June 2024 until 19 June 2025.

  • Extension of Lot 12 of Framework Agreement 02/2020 for the procurement of desktop computers, laptops, monitors, and other workstation solutions.

    As of June 5, 2024, the third extension of lot 12 of Framework Agreement 02/2020 has been agreed upon, extending until September 30, 2024, unless the effective date of the new framework agreement for computers is earlier, in which case the extension will end the day before the new framework agreement comes into effect.

  • Enforcement of Framework Agreement 21/2023 for the Supply of Fuels at Service Stations

    On June 1, 2024, the new Framework Agreement 21/2023 for the supply of fuels at service stations (File No. 2023/136) will come into effect. The AUNA software application will be used for managing the framework agreement as well as the contracts based on it.

  • New resolution determining supplies and services that are likely to be declared for centralized procurement soon.

    Dated May 17, the new Resolution has been published in the Official State Bulletin, which determines the supplies and services that may soon be declared for centralized procurement, thus developing the Second Additional Provision of Order EHA/1049/2008, of April 10, on the declaration of goods and services for centralized procurement. This provision establishes a coordination regime for the validity of certain contracts that may be declared for centralized procurement. This Resolution nullifies the Resolution of June 8, 2018, of the Directorate General for Rationalization and Centralization of Procurement, which complies with the Second Additional Provision of Order EHA/1049/2008, of April 10, on the declaration of goods and services for centralized procurement.

  • Centralized Contract for Postal Services of Certified and Ordinary Mail, Advertising Mail, and Destination Postage

    On May 15, the Public Sector Procurement Platform published the tender for the new centralized contract for postal services, including certified and ordinary letters, advertising mail, and destination postage, scheduled to start on December 1, 2024. Its initial duration is 36 months, with a possible extension of up to 12 months. The scope of this contract includes all Ministries and Public Sector Agencies of the state, as well as the Social Security Management Entities. The contract's purpose is the service of certified and ordinary letters, both national and international. It does not include urgent letters, both national and international, whether ordinary or certified. Additionally, it includes services for advertising mail and periodicals, both national and international, destination postage, and informed return of ordinary letters.   • Entry into force of Batch 1 of the Framework Agreement 05/2023 on the provision of printers, multifunctional equipment and scanners

    On 6 May 2024, batch 1 of the new Framework Agreement 05/2023 entered into force for the procurement of printers, multifunctional equipment and scanners (Expte. 2023/25). The AUNA software application shall be used for the management of the framework agreement, as well as for contracts based on it.

  • Scenario note for the withdrawal of Windows catalog 10

    On March 31, 2024, Microsoft concludes the commercialization of the "Microsoft Windows 11 with downgrade to Windows 10" operating system version, with said company being the holder of the intellectual property rights for the Windows 10 and Windows 11 programs. In order to complete the replacement process, the companies awarded the framework agreement 02/2020 in lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, which currently include the possibility of supplying their equipment with "Windows 11 PRO (OEM mode) with downgrade to Windows 10" installed, may request its removal, provided that they have already incorporated the new product "Windows 11 PRO OEM mode" in the catalog.
