  • Entry into force of Lots 4 and 8 of Framework Agreement 02/2023 for the procurement of desktop computers, laptops, monitors and other workplace solutions

    On 16 April 2025, Lots 4 and 8 (high-performance laptops and 24-inch monitors, respectively) of the new Framework Agreement 02/2023 for the procurement of desktop computers, laptops, monitors and other workplace solutions (Ref. 2023/113) will come into force. The AUNA IT application will be used for managing the framework agreement and the contracts based on it.

  • Replacement of the Conecta-Centralización Application

    The General Directorate for the Rationalization and Centralization of Procurement is carrying out the replacement of the Conecta-Centralización software application, which supports the management of framework agreements and dynamic purchasing systems in the state centralized procurement system. After more than twenty years of service in production, its technological obsolescence and difficult and costly maintenance have made its replacement by a new software application, AUNA, unavoidable. AUNA must provide the flexibility, ease of learning for users, and security that the complex public procurement processes require. The replacement of Conecta is in an advanced stage, with its activity having been significantly reduced since January. In this context, planning for the closure of Conecta-Centralización is underway, with the aim of completing it during the second half of 2025. While this General Directorate will take the necessary measures to ensure the preservation of information for the required period based on its nature, this notice aims to inform all entities that have used Conecta-Centralización for procurement, so they can take the necessary actions over the coming months to preserve their historical information independently and without the need for assistance.

    January 20, 2025 It is hereby notified that Lot 6 – Partitions, partitions, and screens of the Framework Agreement for the supply of office furniture and accessories, filing, libraries, screens, clinical and geriatric furniture, and laboratory furniture 01/2019, has been terminated after reaching its estimated maximum value. The procurement of goods included in Lot 6 must be carried out outside the centralized procurement system, in accordance with the general rules of competition and procedure. A new Framework Agreement for Furniture is currently in the bidding phase.

    On March 15, 2025, Lot 3 (standard laptops) of the new Framework Agreement 02/2023 for the procurement of desktop computers, laptops, monitors, and other workstation solutions (Expte. 2023/113) will enter into force. The AUNA software application will be used for the management of the framework agreement, as well as for the contracts based on it.

    This is to remind you that the extension of lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the Framework Agreement for the supply of office furniture and complements, filing, libraries, partitions, clinical and geriatric furniture, and laboratory furniture 01/2019 will end on July 31, 2025. Additionally, as the aforementioned lots are close to reaching their maximum estimated value, it is required to send an email to mobiliario.centralizado@hacienda.gob.es with information regarding the base bidding budget amount, excluding VAT, for the current and upcoming contracts related to lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 that are being tendered or expected to be tendered soon.

  • User Management in Auna
    18/02/2025

    Given the advanced stage of the migration of the framework agreement and dynamic purchasing system management from Conecta to AUNA by the DGRCC, please be informed that starting February 27, 2025, user administration for AUNA organizations will be handled directly within this system, independently of any remaining management tasks that may still need to be performed in Conecta.

    Users with the organization administrator profile in Conecta will be able to perform this role in AUNA through the Administration -> Users menu.

    The functions assigned in Auna to users with the organization administrator role are:

    • Managing organization users (registrations, removals, modifications, and role assignments).
    • Managing organization information (Tax ID, phone number, notification email, address, postal code, whether it is subject to prior auditing, billing details, delivery addresses, and contacts).

    Finally, please remember that users with the organization administrator profile are responsible for:

    • Ensuring the accuracy of their organization's user data.
    • Keeping user data up to date.
    • Removing users who no longer perform their role in the organization.

    On February 15, 2025, lots 2, 5, 6, 7, 9 and 10 of the new Framework Agreement 02/2023 come into force for the contracting of supplies of desktop computers, laptops, monitors and other workplace solutions (File 2023/113). For the management of the framework agreement, as well as the contracts based on it, the AUNA computer application will be used.
