Description

Security in Central Government buildings is included in three centralised contracts (files 66/17, 16/18 and 50/18). The centralised procurement of these services began in two phases which included different subjective scopes and which culminated in three contract files.

The purpose of centralised procurement includes the following provisions:

  • Surveillance and security services.

  • Maintenance of secure installations.

  • Auxiliary control services.

The contracts are divided into lots, each of which groups together the buildings of several ministerial departments and dependent bodies.

  1. Centralised contract corresponding to file 66/17:

    • Lot 1: Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Food and the Environment, Commissioner for Tobacco Market, State Vehicle Fleet and Management of Infrastructures and Equipment for Education and Culture.

    • Lot 2: Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, Ministry of the Presidency and for Territorial Administrations, Ministry of the Treasury and Public Function, Spanish Service for Internationalisation of Education, Spanish Agency for Protection of Health in Sport, National Sports Council.

    • Lot 3: Ministry of Justice, Government Delegation in Madrid, General Judicial Mutual Society (MUGEJU), Hydrographic Confederation of River Tajo, General  Mutual Society of State Public Servants (MUFACE).

    • Lot 4: Spanish Agricultural Guarantee Fund, Food Information and Control Agency, Independent National Parks Authority and Centre for Legal Studies.

  2. Centralised contract corresponding to file 16/18:

    • Lot 1: Special Delegation in Madrid of the Spanish Tax Administration Agency (AEAT), Central Services of AEAT, Provincial Directorate of Madrid of State Public Employment Service (SEPE) and Central Services of State Public Employment Service (SEPE).

    • Lot 2: Provincial Directorate of Madrid of General Treasury of Social Security (TGSS), Management of Social Security Information (GISS), National Institute of Healthcare Management (INGESA) and Central Traffic Headquarters.  

    • Lot 3: Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality, Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation, Spanish Agency for Medication and Healthcare Products, Spanish Agency for Consumer Affairs, Food Security and Nutrition, National Institution for Public Administration, Institute for Fiscal Studies.

    • Lot 4: Institute of Accounting and Accounts Auditing, Institute for Women and for Equal Opportunities and Royal Board on Disability (declared null and void).

  3. Centralised contract corresponding to file 50/18:

    • Lot 1: Institute of Accounting and Accounts Auditing.

    • Lot 2: Institute for Women and for Equal Opportunities and Royal Board on Disability.
