The purpose of the framework agreement is to supply light commercial vehicles with a technically permissible maximum laden mass not exceeding 3,500 kg, as well as the optional equipment elements and vehicle adaptive kits for their adaptation, where necessary, for the fulfilment of the purposes entrusted to them by the various ministries, bodies and entities.
The subject matter of the framework agreement is divided into the following lots:
•Lot 1: Compact Combi
•Lot 2: Medium and Long Combi
•Lot 3: Compact Van
•Lot 4: Medium and Long Furgon
•Lot 5: Chassis Simple Cab
This is a framework agreement with all defined terms and the purchase will be made to any of the products awarded according to the needs of the recipient bodies. The award of the based contracts shall be made by calling on the parties to a new tender or without a new invitation to tender, as set out in clause 32 of the Tender for Special Administrative Clauses (PCAP).
Accession of bodies
As provided for in Articles 228.3 and 229.3 of the LCSP, the entities listed in Annex I of the PCAP may accede to this framework agreement by concluding the corresponding agreement with the Directorate-General for Rationalisation and Centralisation of Procurement.

The initial duration of this framework agreement is 2 years, starting on 1 February 2025. The framework agreement may be extended once or several times before the end of the framework agreement, up to a maximum of 2 years.
