The purpose of the conclusion of this Framework Agreement is to provide printers, multifunctional equipment, scanners and their ancillary elements, as well as consumables declared to be centrally contracted in accordance with Article 1(d) and (e) of Order EHA/1049/2008 of 10 April on the declaration of centralised procurement goods and services. The framework agreement is concluded with several companies. The goods to be procured or leased with or without an option to buy through this Framework Agreement are divided into six lots:
- Lot 1. Printing and multifunctional office equipment B/N
- Lot 2. Colour office printing and multifunctional equipment
- Lot 3. Multifunctional production equipment B/N
- Lot 4. Multifunctional colour production equipment
- Lot 5. Scanners
- Lot 6. Other printing and scanning solutions.
In lots 1 to 5 it determines the awarded products, as well as the conditions and terms to which the contracts based on the framework agreement will have to be adjusted, although successful undertakings may be invited to a new tender for the award. In this second invitation to tender, the terms of the framework agreement shall be taken as a basis by making them more precise if necessary, in accordance with Article 221(4) LCSP. In the case of lot 6, the award of the framework agreement determines the selected companies, as well as the general conditions of the supplies and basic terms to which the contracts based on this lot of the framework agreement will have to comply, without the selection of specific products being tendered.

Lot 1 of this framework agreement began its validity on May 6, 2024.
Lots 2, 5 and 6 began their validity on June 17, 2024.
The Lot 4 became effective on September 24, 2024.
The batch 3 began its validity on October 10, 2024.
The term of the framework agreement will be two years. It may be extended one or more times before its expiration, for a maximum of two years.
The total duration of the framework agreement, including extensions, may not exceed four years.
