Through the AUNA application, the various procedures related to the procurement of products and services available under the current framework agreements can be carried out electronically and securely.

In addition, in line with this Directorate-General's commitment to transparency, the public catalogue of all products and services available through the State Centralised Procurement System can be consulted.

The following procedures can be carried out through AUNA:

• For citizens:

  • Consult the public catalogue of centrally procured products and services.

• For public bodies using the system:

  • Purchase products or services.

  • Consult the catalogue of centrally procured products and services.

  • Compare available products.

  • Submit requests for products and services electronically.

  • Track the status of submitted requests.

  • Receive notifications relating to requests for products and services.

• For awarded contractors:

  • Submit proposals electronically to update awarded products or services.

  • Manage user registrations, removals and modifications.

  • Consult the call-off contracts and/or specific contracts for which they have been awarded.

Forms for companies that are already awarded the contract under the system.

The following form allows, in AUNA, the registration of the person who will have the company user administrator role, as well as the registration of a person with the Attorney-in-Fact role. In the latter case, it will be necessary to submit documentation proving their identity and the corresponding powers of attorney. It also allows requests to be made to deactivate these profiles.

The form must be submitted through the electronic registry at https://reg.redsara.es, addressed to the Subdirectorate-General for Budget Management and General Affairs of the Directorate-General for the Rationalisation and Centralisation of Procurement.
