Description

The object of the contract is the provision of travel agency services (information, advice, booking, confirmation, issuance of vouchers and tickets, etc.) for the management of travel and stays of ministries, agencies, or state public entities included within the subjective scope of the contract.

The services included in the object of the contract, detailed in the technical specifications document (hereinafter, TSD), are:

• Transport service: covers regular national and international trips made by plane, train, ship or ferry, bus, and helicopter.

• Accommodation service for national and international trips.

• Car, bus, and minibus rental service for national and international trips.

• Group trips under the conditions detailed in the TSD.

• Booking of rooms, image, sound and communication equipment, catering service, and auxiliary reception or assistance staff, provided that these services are not the main contracted service, but auxiliary services offered by the establishment with which accommodation is arranged in managing the trip, and not independent services from accommodation.

• Users may also request the awarded company to carry out the necessary procedures to obtain international visas when these are required for the trip, and information on health requirements according to the destination.

The following are not included in the object of this contract:

• Trips by taxi, or by urban transport means (metro, bus, commuter train, etc.).

• The management of accommodation in military residences or other administrative buildings.

The contract is divided into five lots:

• Lot 1: Ministry of Defence

• Lot 2: Ministry of Finance and Public Function; Ministry of Territorial Policy; Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism; Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation; Ministry of Science and Innovation; Ministry of Universities

• Lot 3: Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation; Ministry of Education and Vocational Training; Ministry of Culture and Sports; Ministry of Justice; Ministry of the Presidency, Relations with the Courts and Democratic Memory; Ministry of Equality

• Lot 4: Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda; Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food; Ministry of Health; Ministry of Consumer Affairs; Ministry of Social Rights and 2030 Agenda; Ministry of Labour and Social Economy; Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration; Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge

Duration

The centralized travel agency service contract began on 04/22/2022 with a duration of two years and the possibility of extension for an additional two years.
The contract extension has been agreed upon from 04/22/2025 to 04/21/2026, unless a new travel agency service contract comes into effect earlier, in which case the end date will be the day before the new contract comes into force.
