Update of the AM 05/2023 Instructions concerning the implementation of the “Direct Purchasing Tool for Framework Agreement 05/2023”.

On 6 May 2026, the third and final extension of Dynamic Purchasing System 26/2021 for electronic administration systems development services was approved, extending its validity until 1 February 2027. Please note that specific contracts may only be awarded or, where applicable, extended during the validity period of the Dynamic Purchasing System, which will expire on 1 February 2027.

The new CPU Average Performance Benchmark values have been published and can be found in the attached notice. They will take effect from 8 June 2026.

On 13 May 2026, Order HAC/459/2026, of 22 April, on the declaration of centrally procured supplies and services and establishing the procedure for their procurement, entered into force, thereby repealing Order EHA/1049/2008, of 10 April, on the declaration of centrally procured goods and services.
