Update of the Instructions of FA 02/2023 relating to the implementation of the “Direct purchase tool of Framework Agreement 02/2023”.

The Annex for award without tendering – lots 1 to 9 has been updated, adapted to the new “Direct purchase tool of Framework Agreement 02/2023”.

On April 1, 2026, Framework Agreement 20/2025 for the supply of paper will enter into force.

For the management of the framework agreement, as well as the contracts based on it, which may be processed from that date onwards, the AUNA IT application will be used.

Please be reminded that the validity of FA 20/2023 will expire on March 31, 2026. The deadline to submit direct purchase award proposals through AUNA is March 27, 2026.

In the case of call-off contracts awarded through a second tender procedure, award proposals may be submitted within 30 days following the expiry of this framework agreement, provided that the invitations to participate in the tender were sent to the framework agreement contractors prior to that date.
