The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply of desktop computers, laptop computers, monitors, and their complementary elements, which have been declared subject to centralized procurement in accordance with the provisions of Article 1.b) of Order EHA/1049/2008, of April 10, regarding the declaration of goods and services subject to centralized procurement.
The goods to be acquired under this framework agreement are divided into ten lots as follows:
- Lot 1: Standard desktop computers
- Lot 2: Superior desktop computers
- Lot 3: Standard laptop computers
- Lot 4: Superior laptop computers
- Lot 5: Standard ultralight laptop computers
- Lot 6: Superior ultralight laptop computers
- Lot 7: Two-in-one laptop computers
- Lot 8: 23.6-inch monitors
- Lot 9: 27-inch monitors
- Lot 10: Other workstation solutions
Lots 1 to 9 will allow the acquisition of the products and complementary items selected in the procurement procedure of the framework agreement.
Lot 10 will enable the acquisition and installation of goods that require essential technical requirements not met by the products awarded in the preceding lots; these should adapt the method of acquisition or require the delivery of computers, laptops, and/or monitors to be made jointly with other supplies, as long as they are indispensable to complete the workstation setup, do not constitute the main object of the contract, and are delivered together with the main goods.

Durada
Lots 2, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10 of this framework agreement came into effect on February 15, 2025.
Lot 3 of this framework agreement came into force on March 15, 2025.
Lots 4 and 8 came into force on 16 April 2025.
Finally, Lot 1 came into effect on June 19, 2025.
