As of May 12, 2025, the processing of new award proposals under Framework Agreement 23/2021 will be carried out through AUNA. For proposals whose processing began previously through Conecta-Centralización, the deadline for submission to the DGRCC will be May 30, 2025. After that date, award proposals may only be submitted via AUNA. You can find the link to access the application, information on the technical requirements for its use, and user manuals on the following page: https://contratacioncentralizada.gob.es/como-comprar. The AUNA IT application will be used for managing the framework agreement and the contracts based on it.
