From 1 February 2018, the second round tenders of any framework agreement, apart from framework agreements 12/2016 for audiovisual equipment when not all companies are invited, 23/2015 for electric power supply and 21/2016 for fuel supply at service stations, should be carried out by means of the option COMPANIES AND BODIES -> Second round tenders, on the CONECTA application. Alternatively it can be carried out via a platform intended for that purpose and which provides a certificate of the tender, for example the Public Procurement Platform. If it is not a framework agreement in particular which establishes that electronic tendering is compulsory for contracts based on the framework agreement, only the second option is valid. Awarding proposals that do not adhere to this will not be admitted.Click here for more information

A new version of tools corresponding of the framework agreement 07/2016 for the supply of non-inventory office supplies (version 20180116) has been published, which includes several improvements. The tool of lot 1 also includes the temporary exclusion agreed by the Directorate General of Rationalisation and Centralisation of Procurement of certain keys of one of the successful bidders. No further requests on Conecta made with previous versions of these tools shall be accepted.Click here for more information

No further requests of warding authorities interested in the adhesion of the next Framework Agreement 23/2017 for the supply of electric power will be accepted (Phase 2).
On 1 January 2018 Framework Agreement 18/2016 on the supply of industrial commercial vehicles will come into force, this continues on from lot 1 of Framework Agreement 17/2011 which terminates on 29 December 2017. As of 2 January, contracts based on the new framework agreement will be able to be processed, likewise awarded products will be able to be consulted via the application CONECTA-CENTRALIZACIÓN.
