On 4 august 2023 has agreed to the second extension of the lots 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 of the framework agreement 21/2020, for the supply of fuel in service stations, since 1 december 2023 until 31 may 2024.

Reports from the 10th august 2023 target agencies can begin to refer invitations to bid for the award of specific contracts to companies of SDA 24/2022 who have formalized the accession and are incorporated into the system AUNA. Click here for more information Se ha adoptado la resolución para prorrogar los lotes 01, 02, 04, 05, 06, 09, 10, 13, 23 y 24 del acuerdo marco 05/2018 hasta el 19 de septiembre de 2023, y el lote 28 hasta el 17 de diciembre de 2023, salvo que el AM 05/2023 entre en vigor en una fecha anterior, en cuyo caso la prórroga finalizará el día anterior a la entrada en vigor del nuevo acuerdo marco. En el caso de los lotes 03, 08, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 25, 26 y 27, el acuerdo marco prevé su finalización el 1 de agosto de 2023. Los organismos podrán invitar a las empresas adjudicatarias hasta el 1 de agosto de 2023 inclusive, debiéndose incorporar las propuestas de adjudicación a CONECTA-CENTRALIZACIÓN hasta el 1 de septiembre de 2023.

For the rest of lots, the framework agreement provides its completion on 1 august 2023, this being the deadline for the dispatch of invitations to participate in the bidding. The referral of the proposed award through Conecta-centralización must be carried out, at best, within one month after the end of the validity of the individual lots.
