  • Enforceability of Electronic Processing in Second Round Tenders
    01/02/2018

From 1 February 2018, the second round tenders of any framework agreement, apart from framework agreements 12/2016 for audiovisual equipment when not all companies are invited, 23/2015 for electric power supply and 21/2016 for fuel supply at service stations, should be carried out by means of the option COMPANIES AND BODIES -> Second round tenders, on the CONECTA application. Alternatively it can be carried out via a platform intended for that purpose and which provides a certificate of the tender, for example the Public Procurement Platform. If it is not a framework agreement in particular which establishes that electronic tendering is compulsory for contracts based on the framework agreement, only the second option is valid. Awarding proposals that do not adhere to this will not be admitted.
