As of May 12, 2025, the processing of new award proposals under Framework Agreement 23/2021 will be carried out through AUNA. For proposals whose processing began previously through Conecta-Centralización, the deadline for submission to the DGRCC will be May 30, 2025. After that date, award proposals may only be submitted via AUNA. The AUNA IT application will be used for managing the framework agreement and the contracts based on it.
Click here for more informationThe General Directorate for the Rationalization and Centralization of Procurement is carrying out the replacement of the Conecta-Centralización software application, which supports the management of framework agreements and dynamic purchasing systems in the state centralized procurement system. After more than twenty years of service in production, its technological obsolescence and difficult and costly maintenance have made its replacement by a new software application, AUNA, unavoidable. AUNA must provide the flexibility, ease of learning for users, and security that the complex public procurement processes require. The replacement of Conecta is in an advanced stage, with its activity having been significantly reduced since January. In this context, planning for the closure of Conecta-Centralización is underway, with the aim of completing it during the second half of 2025. While this General Directorate will take the necessary measures to ensure the preservation of information for the required period based on its nature, this notice aims to inform all entities that have used Conecta-Centralización for procurement, so they can take the necessary actions over the coming months to preserve their historical information independently and without the need for assistance.
January 20, 2025 It is hereby notified that Lot 6 – Partitions, partitions, and screens of the Framework Agreement for the supply of office furniture and accessories, filing, libraries, screens, clinical and geriatric furniture, and laboratory furniture 01/2019, has been terminated after reaching its estimated maximum value. The procurement of goods included in Lot 6 must be carried out outside the centralized procurement system, in accordance with the general rules of competition and procedure. A new Framework Agreement for Furniture is currently in the bidding phase.
