  • Authorisation of the Council of Ministers for execution of the Framework Agreement for Non-Inventory Office Supplies

    The Council of Ministers has authorised the execution of a Framework Agreement on the centralized procurement of non-inventory office supplies, within the framework of the CORA measure for boosting centralized procurement of goods and services in the public sector, developed by the Directorate-General of Rationalization and Centralization of Procurement.

  • Preparation of new framework agreement for supply of commercial industrial vehicles. Questionnaire for associations and companies in the sector.

    The DGRCC is preparing the new FA 18/2016 for the centralized procurement of commercial industrial vehicles, replacing the current FA 17/2011 (Type I). A document summarising some of the new features of this framework agreement and a questionnaire to gather the opinions of associations and companies in the sector on same has been published. Replies to the questionnaire must be submitted by email to the address sgccsos@minhap.es up until 29 April.

  • Compulsory processing through CONECTA CENTRALIZACIÓN for member organizations

    From 1 June 2016, all organizations member of the National Purchasing Centre that are not part of the Spanish public sector must process any application for contracts based on framework agreements by means of the CONECTA CENTRALIZACIÓN software

  • Extension of FA 12/2014, for the supply of audiovisual equipment

    Once the reports and mandatory authorisations have been gathered and the file supervised by the Deputy Controller, pursuant to current legislation, the Director General for Procurement Rationalisation and Centralisation has decided upon the extension of the framework agreement for the adoption of the type of supply of audiovisual equipment (FA 12/2014), with the successful bidders of same, from 15 April 2016 until 14 October 2016

    The instructions for the tendering out of framework contracts based on framework agreements have been recently amended: 10/2012 (Communication Software and Equipment), 26/2011 (Development Services) and 27/2012 (Hosting Services).   • Questionnaire on the Centralised Supply of Furniture

    On 6 April 2015 Framework Agreement 1/2014, for the supply of office, laboratory and geriatric furniture, came into force. Said Framework Agreement will come to an end in October 2016. So as to determine the strategic lines of the next Framework Agreement, we have prepared a questionnaire on several issues around the drafting and development of the Framework Agreement, along with the contracts based on it.
