The purpose of this framework agreement is the provision of services for the purchasing of spaces in media and other advertising media for the implementation of institutional promotional campaigns, which include the following services:
The strategy and planning of the purchase of spaces in media and other advertising media for institutional promotional campaigns developed by the recipients of the framework agreement.
Adaptation of the creativity.
The contracting of advertising spaces.
Actions which further the objectives of the promotional campaigns.
Monitoring and control of institutional promotional campaigns and any other aforementioned promotional activities.
Preparation of a detailed report at the end of the campaign.
Providing the Administration with the technical reports on the analysis, planning and monitoring tools, and the results of the campaigns, as well as with the human resources needed for the proper execution of the provisions under each framework contract.
This framework agreement does not include the provision of all of its terms and therefore, for the awarding of the framework contracts, requesting bodies must always call for a second round tender.
From 03/01/2018 to 02/29/2020. The framework agreement is extended until February 28, 2021 or until the date of entry into force of the new framework agreement if the latter is earlier.
