Description
The purpose of the framework agreement is the provision of services for the purchase of space in the media and other advertising media, for the materialization of institutional advertising campaigns, which includes the following services:
- The strategy and planning of the purchase of space in the media and other advertising media for the institutional advertising campaigns promoted by the recipient organizations of the framework agreement.
- Adaptation of creativity.
- The hiring of advertising spaces.
- Actions that enhance the objectives of advertising campaigns.
- Technical advice.
- The monitoring and control of institutional advertising campaigns and all types of advertising actions mentioned above.
- Preparation of a detailed report at the end of the campaign.
- The provision to the Administration of technical reports on tools for analysis, planning, monitoring and campaign results, as well as the human resources necessary for the correct execution of the services that are the object of each based contract.
This is a framework agreement that does not have all its terms defined, so for the award of contracts based on it, the requesting organizations must always call a second tender.
The purpose of the framework agreement is broken down into the following lots:
- Lot 1.- Services for purchasing advertising space for those campaigns that include broadcasting on television.
- Lot 2.- Services for purchasing advertising space for those campaigns that do not include broadcasting on television.
