The purpose of the framework agreement is the supply of furniture and accessories for offices, archives, libraries, screens, for clinics and care homes for the elderly, and for laboratories.
Contracts with a tender budget of less than 5,000 euros (not including VAT) are outside the scope of this framework agreement.
The FA is structured into the following lots:
Lot 1: Management offices and tables for events.
Lot 2: General office furniture.
Lot 3: Chairs.
Lot 4: Seats for assembly halls.
Lot 5: Shelving.
Lot 6: Screens and dividers.
Lot 7: Technical laboratory furniture.
Lot 8: Furniture for clinics and care homes for the elderly.
As a framework agreement without all the terms defined, there is a catalogue of products with prices.
In december 2023 entered into force the terms of certain categories of batches 2: general office Furniture and 3: Stonework, for that there is no need for the second tender. Are available on the icon of “ direct purchasing Furniture ” under the heading of framework agreements.
The schedule of specific administrative clauses of the FA determines the maximum number of successful bidders to be selected for each lot:
