New instructions for SDA 25/2022 have been published in order to include changes resulting from the use of the new AUNA system. The invitation document template has also been updated, which must be used in the tenders for the specific contracts of the dynamic system. The following clarifying note on the powers of the Directorate General for Rationalization and Centralization of Procurement is published.

Notice is given of a meeting convened for organizations participating in the State Centralized Procurement System regarding the new Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS 24/2022) for the supply of communications equipment, servers, and storage systems, which will take place on Tuesday, 20 June 2023, at the Cuzco Complex.

On 26 May 2023, a resolution was issued agreeing to extend Lots 4 and 6 of Framework Agreement 01/2019, for the supply of office and complementary furniture, archival, library, partitions, clinical and geriatric, and laboratory equipment, from 1 August 2023 to 31 July 2025 for Lot 4, and from 20 July 2023 to 19 July 2025 for Lot 6. For the management of the dynamic purchasing system, as well as its specific contracts, the AUNA software application will be used.

Please note that Lots 07 (ultra-light high-end laptops) and 10 (23.6’’ monitors) of Framework Agreement 02/2020 will expire on 31 May. The framework agreement provides that the period during which contracts based on it may be awarded is the term of its validity, so no contract based on these lots may be awarded after the mentioned date. The deadline to submit award proposals through Conecta-Centralización is 26 May 2023. Lot 3 (high-end desktop computers) will expire on 12 July, with award proposals needing to be received by 7 July 2023. Please note that proposals for the remaining lots of the framework agreement will continue to be processed, as a resolution has been adopted extending them until 31 March 2024.

The new Framework Agreement 12/2021, for the supply of audiovisual equipment, will enter into force on 1 May 2023. For the management of the framework agreement as well as contracts based on it, the AUNA software application will be used.

The Directorate General for Rationalization and Centralization of Procurement plans to hold an online informative session on 28 April 2023 at 09:30, for agencies using the state centralized procurement system, regarding the upcoming production rollout of the AUNA application for managing award proposals under the framework agreement for the supply of motorcycles and ATV/QUADS.

The new Framework Agreement 19/2022 for the supply of motorcycles and ATV/QUADS will enter into force on 25 April 2023 for Lots 2 and 3. For the management of the framework agreement as well as contracts based on it, the AUNA software application will be used.

It is reported that on wednesday, 26 april 2023 will be the last day is notified through the Dsm. From thursday, 27 only notify through Dehú. Currently notified through Dehú and DSM, leaving the second as scheduled. The continental DSM will continue to operate in a consultation (the previous notifications) up to 25 june 2023, the date on which the system will be terminated and will no longer be available. It is recalled that the notifications can be read in the Folder.
