On October 10, 2024, Lot 3 of the new Framework Agreement 05/2023 for the procurement of printers, multifunction devices, and scanners (File 2023/25) will come into force. The AUNA software application will be used for the management of the framework agreement, as well as the contracts based on it.

On December 1, 2024, the new centralized contract for postal services for certified and ordinary mail, advertising mailings, and postage at destination will commence, for the General State Administration, its autonomous agencies, managing entities, and Common Social Security Services, as well as other state public entities, file 2024/15.

On September 24, 2024, Lot 4 of the new Framework Agreement 05/2023 for the procurement of printers, multifunction devices, and scanners (File no. 2023/25) will enter into force. The AUNA software application will be used to manage the framework agreement and the contracts based on it.

On August 27, 2024, the extension of Lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 11, and 12 of Framework Agreement 02/2020 was agreed, from October 1, 2024, until December 31, 2024, unless the new Computer Framework Agreement (Ref. 2023/113) enters into force earlier, in which case the extension will end the day before the new agreement takes effect.

On September 30, 2024, the validity of Framework Agreement 18/2021 for the supply of light commercial vehicles will come to an end. Once its validity expires, no new contracts based on this agreement may be awarded. For this reason, the following deadlines have been established: September 6, 2024: Deadline for submitting tender documents in order to obtain the required favorable report before sending invitations to companies. September 20, 2024: Deadline for submitting award proposals through Conecta-Centralización for review. Framework Agreement 18/2024 for the supply of light commercial vehicles is currently being processed and will replace the current one. It is expected to enter into force in the coming months.

Notice is given of the upcoming information meeting regarding the new Framework Agreement 05/2023 (supply of printers, multifunction devices, and scanners), which is in the final stages of its tender process and will take place on the following dates: Monday, July 8, 2024, from 09:30 to 12:00 and Wednesday, July 10, 2024, from 9:30 to 12:00

The new Centralized Contract for Comprehensive Security Services and Control Assistants in State Public Sector Buildings (file 2023/122) will enter into force on July 1.

On June 17, 2024, lots 2, 5, and 6 of the new Framework Agreement 05/2023 for the procurement of printers, multifunction devices, and scanners (File 2023/25) will come into force. The AUNA software application will be used to manage the framework agreement as well as contracts based on it.

On June 5, 2024, the third extension of lot 12 of Framework Agreement 02/2020 was agreed upon until September 30, 2024, unless the entry into force date of the new framework agreement for computers is earlier, in which case the extension will end the day before the new framework agreement comes into force.

On June 1, 2024, the new Framework Agreement 21/2023 for the supply of fuels at service stations (File 2023/136) will enter into force. The AUNA software application will be used to manage the framework agreement as well as contracts based on it.

On 17 May, the new Resolution determining the supplies and services that may soon be declared subject to centralized procurement was published in the Official State Gazette, thus implementing the second additional provision of Order EHA/1049/2008, of 10 April, on the declaration of centralized procurement goods and services, which establishes a coordination regime for the duration of certain contracts that may be declared subject to centralized procurement. This Resolution repeals the Resolution of 8 June 2018, of the Directorate General for Rationalization and Centralization of Procurement, which implemented the second additional provision of Order EHA/1049/2008, of 10 April, on the declaration of centralized procurement goods and services.

On 15 May, the new centralized contract for postal services of registered and ordinary letters, advertising mailings, and destination postage was published on the Public Sector Procurement Platform, with commencement scheduled for 1 December 2024. Its initial duration is 36 months, with a possible extension of up to 12 months. The subjective scope of this contract includes all Ministries and State public sector bodies, as well as the Social Security Managing Entities. The contract covers the service of registered and ordinary letters, both national and international. National and international express letters, both ordinary and registered, are not included. The contract also covers advertising mailings and periodicals, both national and international, destination postage, and notified return of ordinary letters. On May 6, 2024, the extension of Dynamic Purchasing System 26/2021 was agreed upon, with the extension period lasting from June 20, 2024, to June 19, 2025.

It is reminded that the validity of AM 20/2021 ends on March 31, 2024, with the deadline for submitting award proposals through AUNA being March 22, 2024.

As of March 31, 2024, Microsoft has ended the commercialization of the operating system version “Microsoft Windows 11 with downgrade to Windows 10”, being the holder of the intellectual property rights for the Windows 10 and Windows 11 programs. To complete the replacement process, the awarded companies under Framework Agreement 02/2020 in lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, which currently offer the option to supply their equipment with “Windows 11 PRO (OEM version) with downgrade to Windows 10” installed, may request its withdrawal, provided they have already included in the catalogue the new product “Windows 11 PRO OEM version”.

On 04/03/2024, it was agreed to extend lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 11 until September 30, 2024, and lot 12 until July 31, 2024, unless the entry into force of the new framework agreement for computers (File 2023/113) is earlier, in which case the extension will end the day before the new framework agreement comes into force.

On 22/02/2024, it was agreed to extend until 30 September 2024 lots 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, and 8 of Framework Agreement 18/2021 for the supply of light commercial vehicles. On 8 April 2024, the validity of lots 4 and 5 of Framework Agreement 18/2021 for the supply of light commercial vehicles will end. Award proposals may be submitted through Conecta-Centralización for review until 22 March 2024.

The new Framework Agreement for the supply of paper, which replaces the current AM 20/2021, will soon enter into force. The validity period of the framework agreement also determines the timeframe within which contracts based on it may be awarded, in accordance with clause 4 of the PCAP. Therefore, we kindly request that any pending award proposals for contracts under this framework agreement be expedited in order to avoid exceeding its validity, as no awards may be made thereafter.
