Framework Agreement 26/2011 for Development Services for Information Systems expires on 29 July next. It is recommended, therefore, that any bodies intending to contract under said framework agreement submit all award proposals including all the correct accrediting tender documentation in full before 7 July next. All contracts based on Framework Agreement 26/2011 must be signed before the expiration date. The new Framework Agreement 26/2015 will come into force on 1 August, and it will be possible to enter into contracts under same as of that date. All bodies are requested to take into consideration the instructions implemented as part of this new framework agreement and which will be made available soon on the CONECTA-CENTRALIZACIÓN system. These instructions feature some changes in respect of the procedure established at present.

On 6 June the new FA for the centralized procurement of non-inventory office supplies (AM 07/2016) was announced, published on the State Procurement Platform, making both the tender specifications and addenda available to tenderers along with the programme PROTEO AM 07-2016 MONI. The DGRCC plans to host an information session introducing the PROTEO IT system for preparing tender bids for the aforementioned FA on 9 July 2016 at 12:00 at the venue indicated in the call for tenders. The DGRCC is preparing the new FA 18/2016 for the centralized procurement of commercial industrial vehicles, replacing the current FA 17/2011 (Type I). A document summarising some of the new features of this framework agreement and a questionnaire to gather the opinions of associations and companies in the sector on same has been published.
