    En su reunión del 23 de diciembre el Consejo de Ministros ha autorizado la celebración del Acuerdo marco para el suministro de vehículos industriales comerciales (AM 18/2016). Esta autorización es preceptiva cuando el valor estimado del acuerdo marco supera los doce millones de euros y va seguida de la aprobación de los expedientes y de la correspondiente licitación.

  • Centralised procurement of postal services (notices) and furniture
    26/11/2016

    During its meeting held on 25 November, the Council of Ministers authorised the execution of the Centralised contract of postal services for administrative and judicial notices and the Framework Agreement for the supply of office and complementary furniture, filing units, book shelves, partitions and clinical, geriatric and laboratory furniture (FA 01/2016). This authorisation is required when the estimated value of contracts and framework agreement exceeds 12 million euros and is followed by the approval of the tendering documents and the resulting bidding process.

  • The term for the adhesion to the new framework agreements FA 1/2016, FA 02/2016 and FA 18/2016 has expired

  • Notice regarding FA 12/2014 for Audiovisual Equipment

    In light of the expiry of FA 12/2014 on 14 October last, and while the new FA 12/2016 is being processed, acquisitions of audiovisual equipment must be processed in accordance with the general competence and procedure regulations, with no requirement for exception authorisation, in accordance with the provisions of the first section of Article 4 of Order EHA/1049/2008, as amended by Order HAP/2834/2015 of 28 December.
