  • Extension of Framework Agreement 26/2015, on services to develop electronic government systems

    A resolution was issued on 20 January 2022, agreeing to extend Framework Agreement 26/2015 for a period of three months, from 2 February 2022 to 1 May 2022, unless the dynamic acquisition system, which should provide continuity to the current framework agreement, enters into force beforehand, in which case the end date of the extension will be immediately prior to its entry into force.

  • Upcoming finalisation of framework agreement 08/2017 for the supply of security systems and elements

    On 28 February 2022, the validity of FA 08/2017 is due to finalise. The deadline by which the contracts under the framework agreement can be awarded is during the term of said FA, and hence 23 February 2022 is established as the deadline to forward the award proposals through the Conecta-Centralización system. The procedures are being completed to carry out the public tender for the new framework agreement for the supply of security systems and elements, and the current date of its entry into force cannot thus be determined as yet.

  • Upcoming entry into force of new framework agreement for supply of light commercial vehicles (FA 18/2021)

    Framework agreement 18/2021 for the supply of light commercial vehicles, replacing framework agreement 18/2016, which finalised on 31 December 2021, is at an advanced stage of the award process, and is due to enter into force in the coming weeks.

  • New SARA 2022 amount (Amount subject to harmonised regulation)

    On the occasion of the entry into force of COMMISSION DELEGATED REGULATION (EU) 2021/1952 of 10 November 2021 amending Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament in respect of the thresholds for public supply, service and works contracts, and design contests, as from 1 January 2022 it shall be understood that the figure of 139,000 euros under Articles 21.1.a) and 22.1.a) of the Public Sector Contracts Act (LCSP) 9/2017 and equivalent articles of the Recast Text of the Public Sector Contracts Act (TRLCSP) shall be replaced by the figure of 140,000 euros. This amendment affects all framework agreements whereby the public tender and award procedures of public contracts depend on the SARA amount. Under the framework agreements of the State System for Centralised Procurement governed by the LCSP, the figure of 214,000 euros under Articles 21.1.b) and 22.1.b) will be replaced by the new figure of 215,000 euros as the threshold to be applied by member entities as the contracting body of public and specific contracts.

    Lot 3 “Seats” of FA 01/2019 for the supply of furniture will enter into force on 1 January 2022. DURATION: The duration of Lot 3 of this framework agreement is 24 months, from 01/01/2022 to 31/12/2023. The starting date of the rest of the lots shall also be notified through the portal.
