  • Bi-annual meeting of the Network of European Procurement Centres

    On 19 and 20 October 2017, the meeting of the Network of European Contracting Centres (Central Purchasing Bodies Network) was held at the headquarters of the National Institute of Public Administration, organised by the General Directorate of Rationalisation and Centralisation of Procurement and inaugurated by the Sub-Secretary of Finance and Civil Service, Felipe Martínez Rico.

  • Documentation update regarding the Framework Agreement 07/2016 (MONI)

    The documentation associated with the Framework Agreement 07/MONI has been updated. The main changes made are the following: New version of the tools that incorporate some improvements, highlighting those that allow the petitioners to track deliveries in the Orders Scheduled with Partial Deliveries through sheet 3-Deliveries. Update of the Instructions for the awarding of the framework contracts, incorporating a certificate template if the payment of the framework contract will be made through the advance procedure of Fixed Box. Update of the catalogues to include those of the companies Reproducciones Ocaña SL (lot1), Guthersa SA (lot 11) and Asenga Logística SLU (lots 15 and 17), being already enabled in CONECTA-CENTRALIZACIÓN the keys of these companies in the indicated lots.

    The Centralised Contract on Travel Agencies has been extended for a for three-month period, until 5 January 2018.

  • New version of the tool for the Lot 1 of Framework Agreement 07/2016 on MONI is now available
    12/10/2017

    A new version of the tool corresponding to lot 1 of the framework agreement 07/2016 for the supply of non-inventory office supplies (version 20171011) has been published, which includes the company Reproducciones Ocaña. No further requests on Conecta made with previous versions of the tool shall be accepted.

  • Termination of Framework Agreement 27/2012 for services for the hosting of information systems

    The terms of Framework Agreement FA 27/2012 came to an end on 30 September 2017, and it is not expected that a substitute Agreement will be drawn up. An authorization of exception is not necessary to be requested for contracting these services since it has been authorized, outside of the Procurement Body of the State, with a general basis.
